Jörgen Schladot

I have been working in the IT for the past 23 years, starting in 2001.
My working life started with a part-time position during my years at university in technical support and training. Later changing to marketing and sales before working as a product manager.

Little did I know that these experiences in the different departments will help me with my later role as functional consultant and solution architect.

For the last 13 years, since 2011, I have been working intensively with CRM systems and related business processes in various industries. Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement, as one likes to summarize the associated applications Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service, (you can see the connection) as well as the Power Platform with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents & AI Builder are the applications I have specialized and continuously learned for the last years and last year I started to share my knowledge with the community.

In addition to my work activities as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, I am organizing the Dynamics 365 Meetup Germany together with 2 friends in my free time since October 2020, and I am also speaking regularly at these and other community events.
