Flow Visio Builder tool within XRMToolbox

If you build Power Automate flows, and you want to document them, this tool is what you need.

1. If you are connected to an environment already, the tool will open and show you a list of all available flows in your environment. Otherwise you need to connect to an environment first.
2. You can specify some additional options that should be used during the creation of the visio
3. Select the flow that you want to document and click on Create Visio. A dialog to choose location and specify the filename willl appear. Click save
4. Open the generated visio
5. Maybe format the visio a bit by adjusting the size of boxes etc.

• If you have to many flows in the list and you want to reduce the amount, you can as well search for a specific flow, or filter for a flow in a specific solution. Once you start typing in the search, the list of flows will be automatically filtered.
